Delicious food! Got a couple diff things an loved every bit. Lady was very nice, food was quick and hot. Tried a beef tongue taco, 2nd time in my life first one (from a diff place) was horrible, but this place I LOVED it!
Just a little restaurant in downtown Lexington, but it has some of the most authentic food you will ever eat. This is the real deal, folks. This is where many Hispanics go to eat, which is what I look for in a restaurant. If a specific ethnic group appreciates the food from their heritage, that's what I want! It has a condensed, popular menu on the wall and a more broad and detailed menu on the counter. I have not eaten anything here that I did not like. Granted, I have not been through the complete menu but I'm working on it. It's just real authentic food. It's filling and just... awesome! Give it a try and let me know what you think. I bet you'll love it too.
The food here is amazing! You go up front to order and there isn't an atmosphere but the food is on point. Also not overpriced when I went. There is a dining area but no bathroom that I saw.
Lupita’s have the best Mexican food I have tasted thus far, everything is so fresh and authentic. The family that owns and runs this restaurant are really nice and friendly. This place comes highly recommended, love their Enchiladas, Quesabirria tacos, and pork tacos, with a big cup of Horchata Absolutely Delicious!!!
A very good place for authentic Mexican food. It took a little hunting to find it, but it was well worth it. Outstanding find if you're craving Mexican dishes.
Haven't had barbacoa this good in a long time! Fantastic, REAL tacos and tamales! Sauces were perfect, generous portions and reasonable prices. Everything was perfect :)
You can't go wrong with Lupitas! I ordered DoorDash tonight at 7:26pm, my food was delivered piping hot on my doorstep at 7:55pm, less than 30 min later. I ordered a chicken taco, a steak taco and chicken with chorizo plate. It was all delicious and enough for two people. We eat Lupitas at least once a week. The restaurant isn't fancy, but it's good authentic Mexican food
Yes yes yes!!! Carne asada (steak) lengua, cabeza and rice and beans! Our Uber driver recommended and it was a 10/10 for me. Giving socal (Southern California) vibes. The best little Mexican shop.
